Iron Chef Style Team Building Event

Iron Chef event was a team building event held at the Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut in February 2015 and April 2017. The event was loosely based on the "Iron Chef" reality tv show. Each team select ingredients form an array of food items to be utilized in creating and preparing three tapas. Teams presented their tapas to guest judges who chose a winning team!  We took away from the event, the following skills:
