IBM FileNet Implementation Services

Our IBM FileNet Implementation Services packages bundle the industry experience, project management and technical skills needed to successfully deploy a IBM FileNet system. This includes requirements analysis, developing the system architecture, configuration documentation and rollout support. Fairfax delivers implementation services closely following the FileNet methodologies published and made available to authorized FileNet Implementation Services partners.

All IBM FileNet systems must be sold with an implementation services package offered by a IBM FileNet-certified Implementation Services provider. Fairfax has the distinction of being the first partner to achieve certification under IBM FileNet’s Implementation Services Provider program.

When implementing a new FileNet system, Fairfax works closely with IBM FileNet. In addition to the Fairfax team, an IBM FileNet District Manager will be assigned to your organization. District Managers have primary responsibility for customer satisfaction. Local FileNet system consultants (SCs) are also available to help ensure successful installations, working in conjunction with Fairfax to help a customer.

Fairfax measures a successful FileNet Implementation Services engagement by how quickly and thoroughly we can nail down the system’s functional requirements and transform them into robust system. A successful implementation is an investment that improves your bottom line by cost savings and improvements in process that allow you to offer services that are better than the competition’s.
