Fairfax has FCP Administrators with Product Certification who can be deployed in your organization, on-site or remotely, on a temporary or long-term basis, to provide FileNet system administrator support.  We can troubleshoot, perform system diagnostics, perform routine system administrative duties, or perform functions requiring the assistance of a trained support professional.  For example, a Fairfax FCP Administrator can provide the extra assistance and expertise needed in the early stages of a deployment, fill in for an absence, or provide the expert assistance needed during a critical period such as a system upgrade, configuration change or migration.
