Adapted from leading software development models and fine-tuned by our own experience, the Define Build and Move (DBM) Adaptive Methodology encompasses three processes with distinct yet interconnected tasks and tools. Define

Allows all project stakeholders to define what is envisioned and what needs to be done by exploring and analyzing the solution’s function and technical requirements. Build

This is where all of the coding and software takes place; an iteractive approach that focuses on client input and testing to produce the prototype, pilot and/or enterprise system. This approach maximizes client involvement, refinement, and user familiarity..

Move

After designing and building the solution, we are ready to move forward. The primary goal here is to secure a successful system roll-out, maximize adoption and utilization among users, and assist you to leverage system functionality to fully support your business needs.
