Challenge:

A state university lacked the ability to manage content within a centralized repository. They needed a streamlined, cost-effective platform that would promote a compliant, collaborative environment.

Solution:

Fairfax leveraged the state’s ECM infrastructure to provide a centralized FileNet platform that the university could build upon. With repositories and workflows installed for several departments, Fairfax continues to work with the university to onboard additional ones. Upcoming deployments include Datacap Taskmaster and single sign-on.

Outcome:

Established a nimble, scalable ECM foundation. Enables critical information-sharing and workflow collaborations amongst users and departments. Safeguards compliance with government and university transparency mandates.
